The most common question we hear is “will I still receive an electric bill? Yes, you will still receive a statement from your utility provider when they power your home for any power needs not covered by your solar system. You will also receive a separate bill for your solar service agreement.

When the sun goes down or you have poor weather, any extra power produced by your solar system will be pushed back into the grid, offsetting your energy use at night or when it’s cloudy. This also means that the extra power produced in the Summertime will help you in the Winter months.

This completely depends upon how much energy you use in your home on a daily basis. After you have had your solar system operating for a few months, you will be able to accurately estimate your utility bill. Some households cut their utility bill down to $0 after installing a solar system!

Our manufacturer warranty covers the operational capacity and function of your system for NUMBER years. Should we find a defect in your system, we will cover the cost of replacing it for you.

If your solar service agreement outlives you, then in the event of your passing, the solar system and associated savings will be passed on to your next of kin. Should they sell the home, the agreement can be transferred to the new owner.

Take a look at your Solar Meter! This monitors your system’s daily production and should update with increasing kilowatt-hours often. You can also check your electric bill; the cost should decrease each month since you are not pulling from their energy as much.
